Let's be real...the collective has failed you.

  • An awareness of and connection with your body and its innate wisdom.

  • Education on how to use your body to not only create internal safety but also master your emotional landscape

  • A multifaceted approach that doesn’t take years to implement and see results from


That’s the real problem.


Remember how I said the collective has failed you? This is what I mean. For your entire life, people have told you that it’s the external environment that determines your internal landscape including your anxieties, your emotions, and your safety.


They lied. 


The reason why you feel stuck or like you can’t move forward in your life is because you’ve forgotten your true power and the power of your body. You’ve forgotten how to trust yourself and your instincts which has pushed you into a state of trying to control every little thing


I am noticing a trend that when it comes to not only understanding our emotions but working through and integrating them, you have woefully underinformed.


I am here to change ALL of that



Maybe you find yourself getting stuck in a victim mentality way too often.


Maybe you find yourself becoming dependent on people or things that aren’t actually healthy for you.

I know when I talk about letting go of your fear and trusting yourself there’s a part of you that says, “Yeah right, I could never!” But there’s an even bigger part that says, “YES! Finally…”


Through my own research and experimentation, I have uncovered a way to not only build a connection and trust with your body but also integrate and work through your emotional landscape in a way that is empowering and easy.


The body is the ultimate tool, I personally believe it’s the only thing we need to truly feel whole and complete.



That might fly in the face of other things you have heard in your life but that has been my experience and I’m standing behind 110%.


I have been studying somatic tools and practices for over 3 years and this point and my very first life coaching certification focused heavily on tapping into the wisdom of the body.


Before 2019, I had absolutely no connection with my body.


I grew up in an abusive household so it was easy for me to disassociate and disconnect from my physical experience.


However, that also disconnected me from my body’s wisdom, from my intuition, and from my inner guidance system which caused me a lot of pain and suffering down the line.


All of that changed when I began and completed my life coaching certification and began committing to the somatic practices I was learning.



All of a sudden I realized that nothing outside of me was able to shake me mentally or emotionally.


My ability to hear my body’s wisdom improved which in turn improved the way I felt and treated my body.


I learned not only how to be more emotionally intelligent I also learned how to use my body to work through and integrate the emotions I was experiencing rather than letting them control me and my thoughts.


And that is what I want to teach you!



Coming back to your body and using it to master your emotional landscape doesn’t have to be difficult but it does require you to be involved in the process.


It requires you to explore what your body is craving, and what it is asking from you.
