What is the structure of this program?
- This is a 6-month group coaching program
- Each month we will focus on a specific area of embodying your energy type
- Each week we will have a training/coaching call with tools to help support you in that area
- Each week you will also have a private call with me where I will walk you through a nourishing practice to help you feel safe in your body
Month 1 - Embody Your Energy Type
During this month we will focus on creating presence in your body, cultivating mindfulness, and stabilizing your energetic state so you can start to connect with your Sacral.
Month 2 - Overcoming Conditioning
In month two we will start building on that connection. You'll start to distinguish what is a Sacral response vs a fear or your logical mind.
Month 3 - Learning to Respond
This month will be about responding but also embracing and healing pain. Sometimes we don't allow ourselves to truly trust our Sacral because of things that have happened in the past, here is when we are shining a light on those things and healing them.
Month 4 - Understanding the Non-Self
Here is when we will start to dive into destructive patterns like self-sabotage as well as building our innate trust in our Sacral as well as forgiving ourselves and others for the times things didn't work out in the way we wanted them to.
Month 5 - Embracing Your Signature
During this month we will start to integrate pleasure even more and begin to stabilize our nervous system so we can truly feel satisfied and fulfilled even if our current reality doesn't reflect our true desires yet.
Month 6 - Integration & Daily Practice
Lastly, we are going to be rewiring our old patterns and creating a daily practice that allows us to remain connected to our Sacral while also living fully in the world.
Every month will focus on integrating pleasure into your life as well as utilizing dopamine to increase motivation and the energy to take action when necessary.
